My ignite tv just stops at random times for several minutes up to half an hour, sometimes it is because the internet has gone off again and sometimes it’s just the tv. I never had any issues with my old internet and next box only since the so called update. I am restarting my modem daily.

Some problems I find get solved by pulling the plug for a minute or two from the TV, and having it reboot, as opposed to the gateway.
