Audio issues while watching TV

After watching tv for about 2 hrs the vouce become saccaded ! Neet to reset !

Audio issues can hinder the TV viewing experience. What do you mean by saccaded? Is the audio fading out or losing sync with the video?

We need more info to better assist you:

• When did this issue start?
• Is it happening on more than one Ignite TV box?
• Do you have an audio receiver?
• What do you have for the audio output setting in the Ignite TV box?

Maybe means cascaded? Like an echo?

I wonder if there is a receiver in the mix.  As I have seen that there can sometimes be a ever so slight sync / timing issue if running both the TV speakers and the surround sound.. and can cause an echo.
