Bill increases

Hi since I joined Rogers my bills for internet and home phone have increased every few months and are now almost doubled in 18 months! Very disappointed in the “agreement” of no changes in 36 months.

Yes I just got one too. I thought the 3G service was over July 31and haven’t had a chance to get a new phone, I also tried to call them the day of the 3G shut down but they kept hanging up out of the volume of callers.
