Problem solved, I have had the problem on IPad and iPhone, because I never had the need to use infinity on any device. Regardless the main reason is because the majority of us don’t like being tracked, that’s why we all have our geo location settings...

Thanks for the reply.I contacted them so many time because i work from home, so i wanted to get it fix asap. They told me a ticket was issued at the time of installation because it is something regarding provision issue so it has to be done from Back...
