Refund for cancelled service

Got my final bill after switching. It's rogers owing me 50 bucks.

Thing is, I cannot find info on how I am getting this money back. I assume it should be via mail with a cheque, but I've been waiting for 90 minutes on support so they can tell me what's happening.

Hi! Your assumption is correct, they issue cheques.

Make sure your address information is up to date. I have heard from friends that didn't get their refund cheque after they cancelled because they did not bother to update their billing address because they had online billing so the cheque went to their old address.

Do you know how long it takes, roughly? Been 2 business weeks.
