You can't be in the forums when you hover over My Rogers or the sub-menu won't come out. if you can be signed in and able to click Products and Services in that submenu you might have a shot. Otherwise, no other ideas.
Even if it says we are experiencing difficulties and you cannot view the details of your account, you still can! I have been able to all along, on Safari. Just go up to MY ROGERS, hover over it, and click on Products & Services. Should come up fine, ...
