How can I force an update on Ignite TV? I have skipped the update a couple of times and now I want to know how to manually update. Thanks in advance. ***Edited Labels***

I know because while watching TV, a pop up message appeared on the screen. It stated to update now or skip. This happened on 2 different days.Both times I selected skip.

FYI. I finally got it to work. I signed out and removed all Rogers site cookies from Chrome. Signed in and my favorite channels were there.
