I would have to agree with you on this. I like the concept but it fails
badly.I already gave away my boxes or I would go back to digital.
Considering switching to Bell, but I don't believe it will be much
better.
I am extremely frustrated with this system. Someone from Rogers
apparently came to the front door and asked about the service. He
advised I contact the upper management group. No time for this.Just
putting up with it for now. Soon I will check into B...
