I've contacted Google Canada and they actually are being very helpful so far, they know about the issue, they have seen the threads and news articles... Not expecting anything from Rogers on this, hoping that Google backs up their Nexus branded phone...
As mentioned earlier in the thread, make sure you select "Track by Reference" and then enter your phone number in "Shipment Reference". Worked for me
Just as a note, my Device Registration page still shows in progress and I did not receive an email or text but when I check the UPS tracking by reference using my phone number I see this shipment details as "Out for delivery"... So check with UPS bef...
