Have you called in to have the call centre tech support do testing on the modem? ultimately it will most likely end in a service technician look at it, though if you rent your modem from rogers I would suggest taking it to your local Rogers Plus loca...
It sounds as if the hard-drive may have failed in your unit. If you rent this piece of equipment I would suggest calling in and having a service tech come out to verify. Sadly, if the hard drive failed there will be no way to recover your past record...
