thank you. I will try the WPS later. The manual shows different pages with the real gateway. It really mislead people like me. I was doubting my sanity when I was setting up the gateway with the manual.

I am in OTTAWA. My internet was down too. I looked for Rogers' apology notice ,email , or letter. But never found. I believe we customer deserve it.
