special offers on D3 modems - now that I have to upgrade my D2 to D3 -
they say no. I also asked if they can waive any excess usage charges

I totally agree with IHR. Ok. If they say D3 modems are required for the
Express service to reach its peak performance, I don't really care. It's
the 60GB limit that I am disappointed about. Why should D2 modem owners
not be given the same usage cap ...
