I was recently given a Samsung SIII (S3) (Mini?) i747m which used to be on telus, it's SUPPOSED to be unlocked.
I stuck my SIM Card in it, and it would not register.
I have done the following.
SIMCARD1 doesnt work (newest)
SIMCARD2 doesnt work...
anyone know how long it ussually takes from a new release hitting the theatres, to the time it is available 'on demand' ?
Just wondering if there is a guideline, to wait for certain movies to come up after the debute day..

I have 1 PVR, 2 receivers setup under the NEXTBOX/Whole home PVR system.
I PVR stuff on the one box, but it seems when I try to watch stuff on one of the recievers, the screen goes blank after trying to play it, and all I hear is the 'live TV' audi...
So the technician was here, and setup the system, and so far, with some exceptions Im happy with it.
So, a few questions if I might.
1) The reciever in the living room, cant seem to play the first recording I made. It says it is, the screen goes...
So, last time I watched a movie on Rogers on Demand, I had the option of stopping a movie part way through, and coming back later, or on another unit to watch again.
Tonight I discover that it's no longer there.

Old post, however I wanted to do a follow up while this was on my mind.
Within a month I had another technician out, he replaced the PVR, checked the lines, I think he even replaced one. Double checked the line strengths, etc.
I've had no issues...
Thats the thing. I have a dual screen setup, so I can watch TV from previous day(s) on it while I work away at what I need to work away at. This saves the BIG CRT TV from wasting electricity. It also keeps expenses down. why buy a wide screen TV ...
