I guess it shows the incompitence of the Rogers tech staff, who told me
that the Rogers infrastructure cannot go more than 2mbs. No matter
though, I'm paying a lot less for Bell's service and I don't have online
video buffering issues anymore
I'd like to comment again, now that I've had my Bell 25/10 internet for
over a week now.I can finally say that I'm getting what paid for and my
connection is far more stable than my Rogers internet, which means
YouTube and Netflix can buffer properly...
For what it's worth, I'm getting the bell 25/10 Internet installed
tomorrow. If Rogers can't offer me more upload bandwidth, then they are
of no use to me, since I do a lot of cloud backups, and VoIP calls

I've got the EXACT same problem... speeds are suppose to be 25mb/s and I
have never gotten better than 15mb/s... the average is 4-10mb/s. I only
needed the extreme plus plan for the extra bandwidth, but I was forced
to get a "better modem" and "faste...
