yes but if we're not dialing a 1 in front, the system should refer to all local or in-country calls not out of country right?seems very simple enough

he's already said that, can they make a change so we're not wasting time? what if i'm leaving the city and now i'm no longer in winnipeg or no longer in my province, do my calls now need a 1?
