Well that means one of two things to me, either its a glitch/error, or you have UNLIMITED DATA. But in all seriousness it's likely that first one. Don't go data crazy. Will probably be cleared up by next billing cycle.
As an additional note, Retentions doesn't have the ability to offer you anything more on new activations than the sales reps can. In fact, in most cases retentions doesnt even have access to in-market promotions and they have to transfer you to sales...
I doubt that Rogers would give such a company access to their website to host that type of survey. The only survey request I've ever received while browsing Rogers.com was from a company called Foresee, and they seem to be a rather reputible company....
