I believe I did this yesterday at a Rogers store. The CHAT gave the incorrect instructions via the Rogers website. Thanks

Help me too. I cannot remove it despite asking Support to do it. I logged in and NO OPTION to remove ADD-ON as per Rogers website instruction.
