The issue with poor video quality on my Shield TVs appears to be fixed now. I was able to watch all weekend in full HD quality. Thank you for fixing this.
Same here - that channel has started to glitch out recently forcing me to switch to HD instead. I get frequent freezing for a few seconds and sound cutting out here and there. It was fine before and this just started recently.

Any updates on this issue? Still seeing low quality with chromecasting on my shield tvs. I have an old chromecast HD too and it works fine. The shield tvs in my house, one wired, show low quality SD when casting.
