I completely agree. These complaints and problems have been going on for
so long that Rogers should be going back to the old menu until they know
that the new one runs just as well, but they don't care.
I have an 8642 and the shomi was running before the menu showed up. It's
slow, it takes way longer to set up your programs because the channel
numbers don't show up, the search feature doesn't bring up all the shows
you want and I have a slew of item...

It isn't faster at all. It takes me much longer to arrange my shows for
taping. This new menu has everyone complaining but Rogers will never,
never do anything about it
