I'd like to suspend ignite tv only and keep my internet active. Possible..?

I have timers, camera's etc running off my internet so I'd like to keep it active and only suspend the tv portion. **Labels Added**

I believe I'd mentioned I need internet but yes, I do have camera's etc. running off the Internet so I'd like to keep that functioning but put the TV portion on hold. Is that do-able...?
