Glad it worked for you. I just remember being miffed that I'd purchased something that Rogers had no intention of providing and the lightbulb went off that the credit card companies offer you protection from scams such as this.

If you paid for your top up via credit card, report a fraudulent sale to your card company. IE you were sold 12 months of service and only recieved six (or whatever). You will most likely get a credit of the difference back to to your Visa or whate...

@Greybeard71-- file the CRTC complain STAT. Complain via the Rogers Office of the President. They will deal with you.
