all 3 of my phones are also in progress... clicked view info and it showed that shipping details have been / will be emailed... still waiting on my tracking numbers but i imagine ill get them today or tomorrow...
what rogers needs are some competent web designers and IT people... if the same thing happened last year why not optimize your servers, and get your QA team to run massive stress tests to prevent all this downtime...
