@1jwd Is this the first notification you got since you placed the order? I got an email yesterday saying my order has been escalated but haven't heard anything since. Don't even have a queue number anymore.
@tonyf536 @Jagjot I got an email saying both my orders were being escalated but when I look up the order on rogersdirect it still says pre fufillment as the status with escalation order as the header of it page. It no longer shows what number i am in...
@DBoysGirl @tonyf536 both my business/corporate orders just got changed to Position in Queue: Escalated/Priority. Not sure what this means. @Meowmix thoughts? Thanks!
