Charlo,I am having the exact same problem, once I heard that the consumer accounts started moving I thought maybe I would actually see my phone today. It has been in progress since hours after I ordered it.
I have literally been in two separate Rogers in two completely different cities. Neither store even has their shipments in yet. Honestly what is going on? Also, my reservation on my business account still has not moved.
