I pre-ordered my iphone 6 through the website the friday before for it to be shipped on launch day to their store & I still didn't get it but it says it was shipped . And i didnt get any email to view the tracking details?!?

So what do I do..? when  went to reserve it, it told me that i successfuly reserved the iphone 6 at number 80 , but no confirmation email...

I reserved an iphone 6 Silver 16Gb around 6am EST, is it normal i didn't get a confirmation email yet? 
