  1. Go to rogers.com/support.

  2. Click Wireless.

  3. Scroll down to Network Issues.

  4. Click Check status to see what might be affecting your wireless service.

  5. Select the service that’s most affected.

  6. Enter your address, major intersection or postal code.

  7. Click Check Status. - If there is no outage, but you are still experiencing issues with connectivity, you can provide your feedback.

  8. Click Provide Your Feedback. - A form will appear.

  9. Fill out the details of your issue.

  10. Click Submit.
