I can imagine how disappointing it is not being able to watch a channel that you are subscribed to.
- Do you notice this issue on any other channels or is it just 1 channel affected?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as a reboot of the cable TV box?
- Do you have more than 1 TV in your home? Does it happen on all of the TV's?
