May I please confirm if you currently have digital cable TV or do you have Ignite TV with us? Have you already reported this issue to our technical support team so they can assist and possibly have a ticket lodged?
To begin, I'd try rebooting the cable TV box(es) to see if that helps. Or if you are on Ignite TV, start with rebooting your Ignite modem, followed by the Ignite TV box(es) one at a time.
