Re: WWE Network ONLINE Now Available!

Seems like they have fixed the issue, whatever it might have been.  I can access the network again.

Hi @pigeonflock,

Do you have an active MyRogers account and also an active Rogers Anyplace TV account? Are you able to login to both? Can you also please verify which city you are located in?

Thanks,

@pigeonflock

I assume that, like everyone else, you recently had to change your My Rogers account user ID to your email address. I just tried signing into the WWE Network using the link you provided and had no trouble. There are 2 places where you have to use your user ID and password before you're connected. Normally, I never sign into the WWE Network because I watch it on channel 512 and not on other devices. I suggest you double check your 2 sign in's to make sure you're providing the right user ID. The first step is identifying Rogers as your carrier, which is followed by a second log in to the WWE Network itself.

Re: WWE Network ONLINE Now Available!

I have a subscription to WWE Network. When I try to watch online I can log into my WWE account but when I log into my Rogers account I get a message saying Not Authorized You must have a WWE Network subscription in order to access this content. Contact your pay TV provider to subscribe.

Hello @chumpman,

Check out the instructions I posted at: http://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/forums/forumtopicpage/board-id/PVR_settop_boxes_remotes/message...

Do these steps help? If your MyRogers username and password are not working, call Rogers and ask for help - they should be able to resolve the logon issue.

Hello,

If your MyRogers username and password are working on other sites, give Rogers support a call - they should be able to explain why it is not working for access to WWE Network Online and fix it.

Re: WWE Network ONLINE Now Available!

I have been all over the Internet, and cannot find anyway of getting the wwe network without have a cable subscription. I feel if rogers was smart they would offer things like this to everyone, like they do with sportsnet. I get that they care little about what the customers want today, because it may cost them a bit of money at first, but why turn away money from people that are willing to pay for services they could easily offer? The fact that I was being forced to have a cable package to watch hbo is why I cancelled my cable, at least Bell offers crave tv to people. Rogers needs some younger more inovative people working for them in this department, maybe that might help them get a better grip on what people actually want. Watching cable die this way is kinda painful, find a way to give it a face lift and save the business.

Re: WWE Network ONLINE Now Available!

Hello @fraser7,

While I hear you & understand the frustration, we can't blame Rogers for this.

Rogers, Bell, Telus (and other Canadian providers) have deals in place with the WWE to distribute the Network alongside their own programming packages. As a Canadian, you must subscribe to a local provider and use the provided login credentials to access the Network.
