This is my third day without TV service from Rogers. I'm in Markham. I'm asking for compensation from Rogers.

Some parts of Markham took longer to restore (after the fibre cut -- now should be resolved). Not sure if your problem is related to the recent fibre cut or not.
If your service has been restored, once you call tech support to verify it, they can calculate your refund. If it fails to go through on your next bill, you can contact billing dept. to give you the credit (or speak to tech support again if necessary).
If you still have no service, call tech support to see if there's a recorded message about an ETA for the repair fix, or ask an agent.
Once you have your service restored, that's when you can contact Rogers to have the credit calculations done.
Haircuts are much less annoying than fibre cuts. ✂️
