Please "like" the first thread guys...it's one of the main ways to let the senior management know this is important...so far no one has...

Just talked to Rogers Customer Care, and he read an internal email saying Oct 20th is the date the email will be sent to all subscribers with the code.
Looking forward to getting the code. Cheers.

Spoke with Telus and Bell this morning. Bell is offering the code within a week of getting the code. The operator I spoke to told me that if you don't have the code in a week, to call them and they will give you one over the phone. Telus is looking into it for those in the west coast....
Let's hope for good news from Rogers!

Just a follow up - we're still looking into this. I really apologize for the delay - a hundred e-mails are still being sent back and forth, we should get an answer shortly.

Can we get some indication on what the issue is? Competitors offer this service as part of Center Ice. Rogers has done it in the past. We'd like to see it again now and in the meantime we are losing the opportunity to watch games in the meantime...

Good afternoon,
Thank you very much for your continued patience!! I've finally got some information for you!
So here is the feedback I've received:
"The guidelines to be eligible to receive the code are as follows:
- Must have subscribed to Super Sports Pak last year
- Must have activated your NHLGCL access code that you received last year
- Must be a current Super Sports Pak / NHL Centre Ice subscriber
If you do not meet ALL of these criteria, you will not receive an access code. Therefore, if you didn't subscribe to SSP last year, or if you didn't activate your access code last year, you will not be eligible.
The process of receiving your code will be identical to last year. If you have an e-mail address in our systems, you will receive a code by e-mail. If you don't have an e-mail address in our system, you will receive the code by regular mail."
**** To find out if you are eligible or not, please send me a PM with your name and account number. I will forward your information to our validation team, who will determine your eligibility, and send you the code if you are eligible.****
Hope that helps a bit.

@RogersMichaelT,
This is insane! I asked the question about whether the code was available to DECIDE whether or not to go with Center Ice / Suport Sports pack this year. I was out of the country last year and didn't subscribe, but subscribed for 2 years prior to that.
My email address has been sent to you and I'd like you to publically advise why I can't get a code? Based on what rationality were these rules developed???
"The guidelines to be eligible to receive the code are as follows:
- Must have subscribed to Super Sports Pak last year
- Must have activated your NHLGCL access code that you received last year
- Must be a current Super Sports Pak / NHL Centre Ice subscriber
What happens next year if for some reason we decide to stay with Rogers.
Please advise. Extremely disappointed in this and don't quite understand why Rogers is penalizing customers like this after waiting for so long for an answer.
