My Internet and Cable TV  is out since yesterday. I have called Rogers but they told me they can only send the technician by end of day Tmr. What a bad service and I am tired of Rogers !!! I have been with them for the last 10 yrs and this is how they pay me back. I know the issue is outside my house, where Bell people are doing some cable extension work. I have told Rogers about it but no response what so ever. It is a disgrace for Rogers to let its Customers wait days to resolve their issues. This is a third world service. 

 

It is high time that I change a new service provider !!!

Thank you for joining and sharing your concern with the Community. I can certainly appreciate your position, losing both the Internet and Cable services for such a long period can be disruptive. Sometimes when there is work being done on the street level as you have described the distribution cable to your home may get cut resulting in the service interruption. 

 

We surely appreciate your loyalty, thank you for being a Rogers family member for 10 years. At times the service tech appointments may not be available on the same day, however, we do our best to accommodate all the service requests. Internet service is down at the west end of St. Marys, Ontario. Anyone else having problems? The service box on the pole outside my house isn't flashing as it usually does.

Internet outages are never fun to deal with especially if it has been down for a while already, I know how disruptive this must have been.

 

I really hope that your service has been fully restored since your last post to us. If not, please send us a Private Message @CommunityHelps and we can pull up your info and run some tests in your area to see what is going on.

My tv and internet has been down since early thus morning. Rebooted it a couple off times it is now stuck in 01 and still not working.

In view of the recent ice storm in Ontario a lot of people have been without Hydro and Internet. Some are still without power today. My Hydro (and Internet) was out for 6 hours.

Internet Mississauga Outage

 

We are without service in Erin Mills since yesterday 4:30 pm. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on? There have been no updates from Rogers on this.  The support teams don’t seem to have any information at all.
