I presume there is a code for this soundbar somewhere. Assuming there is, would pairing result in PWR button capability to turn ON/OFF the box, the TV, and the soundbar simultaneously?

Go to the following website:
Put in Rogers as your provider and then select the remote.
Use the code finder to find the appropriate codes for the TV and for the soundbar. I found 1295 for the bar.
Then programme these codes into the remote.
Then set your master power, which should turn all 3 devices on/off. Remember this takes a few seconds so you need to keep pointing the remote at the devices while the IR signals are sent. You can watch the lights flash on the top of the remote while this happens and you'll also be able to use that for troubleshooting. You need to have the remote set to CBL once it's programmed.
Then set the volume lock (for the soundbar) and you should be set.
