this happened to me just now, so it's still something you have to go to stupid lengths to fix and will take me a few days to get the time to do it.

Just happened to me .. a technical is coming out in two days .. I think he is just going to give me a new box. Should have a reset to the previous setting .. this is a waste of everyone's time
