@coopcoop : You should be able to go into Settings, Scroll up one to Troubleshooting and select Restore Factory Settings. It may take a minute or two to start the process and then another 5-10 minutes to reboot. You should then have all your preferences, favourites, scheduled recordings and recorded programming erased.
If that doesn't work, you can contact Rogers and ask them to remotely do a factory reset on your box. Make sure you give them the information for the correct box if you have more than one.
