Ignite TV error watching recording

I’m getting an error when trying to watch a recording (happens to be nhl, not sure if that makes a difference). Somethings not working, we’ll have this fixed shortly, please try again later. The error code is xre-03130.

 

any suggestions? (New to ignite... installed two days ago). Couldn’t find any information on the forums or in support... thanks!

Congratulation on getting onboard with Ignite TV and thank you for posting your concern in the Community. Is the error only occurring while watching the NHL Live recording?

 

Have you reached to the Ignite TV Concierge yet? They should be able to look into the error code and take the necessary step to resolve it. 

 

Community - anybody else is experiencing a similar issue with NHL Live recording?
