How to do a factory reset on Rogers 4K PVR boxes

I just wanted to wipe everything out on the Rogers box and perform a factory reset.  Can someone please tell me how to do this?

If you're on Digital Cable (Not Ignite). Go to Settings, scroll up one to Troubleshooting, select Restore Factory Settings.

With regards to factory resetting your digital cable box, this should be pretty easy to do! Have you attempted the steps provided by our Resident Expert @57 in post #2 of this thread? It should do the trick!
