Free preview not always show up. right now we're suppose to have a free preview of Animal Planet and last month free preview for A.side, but they never work, was still showing has unsubscribe even after rebooting, all wiring are new, Rogers change them 2 years ago.
Also, I notice something yesterday about Animal Planet, it was still mark has unsubscribe when I check during the afternoon, but during the evening I check again, and it was working, but when I change the channel and went back, it was back has unsubscribe. Your website says free preview of Animal Planet is suppose to be active until July 9.
