Episode 4 of Station Eleven missing from OnDemand

I access Crave OnDemand through Channel 100 on Rogers. I can see episodes 1,2,3 and 5, but not episode 4 which came out the same day as episode 5. Using Search function also doesn’t find it. Any suggestions?

I see the same thing on Crave OD - Channel 309. Tried various tiles like HBO Max, etc.  All the same with 4 missing.  Perhaps now that it's mentioned here, they will fix it. 

I usually try to record this sort of programming off the channel since it allows for better control when FF, REW, pause, etc.  Closed Captioning is sometimes better off the channel too as I've found CC to "drift" sometimes OD.
