I assume that the recent posters are all in Atlantic Canada with Motorola boxes.  This issue doesn't appear to affect non-Motorola Ontario areas.  I suggest you use Live Chat or Share a concern or other means of contacting Rogers directly since this peer-to-peer forum may not have the resources to fix this quickly for you.
