I've had the same problem since March. I called tech support April 10th - here we are May 10 and problem is still there and between a million phone calls and various departments (techs, senior techs, outside maintenance, engineering, and now its with IT). I have been told the problem is there is not enough coverage for my area so the signals for certain channels are not there if too many people are watching those channels - like "first come first serve" was how it was explained to me. Ridiculous. Paying for channels I only get sometimes. Come on. Now I have been told it will be sent to their IT dept. to look into. Probably take another month.
Yes and it really sucks with the 4K box, and 4 of the 5 4k channels work about 5% of the time.
