Channels only available on Ignite TV (e.g. Fox Business) - is there a list?

Why is Fox Business only available on Ignite TV and not on the old hardware.   In general, what is the reasoning behind making a channel only available under Ignite TV - I would really like to have Fox Business on the old hardware and not have to upgrade to Ignite TV at this time.

Secondly is there is a list of channels only available under Ignite TV and not available on the old boxes?

@mf152  As far as I know, licencing for Ignite TV and Digital TV are separate because the underlying technologies (and capabilities of each platform) are different.  Digital TV has channels that are not available on Ignite TV.

https://www.rogers.com/consumer/tv/free-previews seems to list a few channels that are only available on Ignite TV.

https://www.rogers.com/consumer/tv/new-channels explicitly says that some channels (e.g. Fox Business and Love Nature 4K) are available on Ignite TV only.

I'm not surprised that we're starting to see Ignite TV-only channels.  One reason could be to entice more people to switch to Ignite TV.  It could also be another indicator that Rogers is slowly sun-setting Digital TV.  If the number of active subscribers falls below a certain threshold, I would expect at some point that Rogers will also stop renewing carriage for some niche channels on Digital TV when contracts expire.
