Can't turn off SAP (or DVS or descriptive audio)

 I was able to turn off one channel's DVS using the info button on the guide.

Then I checked the guide "settings" audio and the DVS was "enabled". Changed it to "disabled", and seems to be fixed now.

For all ignite TV users goto the Roger's button on the remote. Scroll to the far right. To the settings button . Push the settings button . Scroll down to video description. If it's on. Turn off. That will solve the probems

Go to Accessibility Settings >> Audio Language (SAP) Reset. Click it. Solved the problem for me.
