Cable Outage for M1C4Z2 since 3 AM - When will it be back up?

My TV and Internet service went down around 3 AM and I would like to know the extent of the outage and when will it be resolved.  I also would like to be credited for the downtime.

Thanks

I had another cable outage this morning and there is an open ticket PT00364842 for my area.  My Rogers TV Picture studders a few times and the Internet connection is still wonky.  I been burning through my Cell Data plan because of all this.
