TLC channel cannot be viewed on anyplace TV?

 

Wondering why I can’t watch TLC (channel 34 where I am) on anyplace TV? I get the error that this can only be viewed on your home network however I am home and using Rogers wifi ?

Just wanted to confirm that you CAN view TLC in your Rogers anyplace TV ? Do you know if the rights to this channel vary by province ? I’m in Ontario and cannot access this channel ... if you’re in Ontario and can maybe I need to call Rogers to fix this ? Thanks !

As I mentioned in post 10 of this thread, I can see/view TLC on my Chrome Browser on my computer.  I'm in Ontario.

 

When I try to view TLC (34) on my iPad (Anyplace App), it's greyed out and I get the message about needing to use my home internet, which I am on.  Seems to be some sort of provisioning issue that Rogers needs to sort out.

I just noticed that Channel 7 and 15 stopped appearing on rogersanyplacetv any reason why city TV would just disappear?

Anyplace TV missing channels

I just noticed that Channel 7 stopped appearing on rogersanyplacetv with no notice. Why would City TV, a major channel disappear? Now I am unable to watch Breakfast Television and many other shows. I know fir a fact that it is showing up on wifi tv but I have wired. Why is that?

I called and spoke to a Rogers IT specialist who provided this interesting response: Rogers response on my voicemail today:

Hello this is a message from Rogers we can be reached at 1888 Rogers one or support at rci.rogers.com we heard from you on January 5, 2021 about a problem you were having with your Rogers cable television and I've been unable to identify an issue if you're still having an issue please contact us at www.support.rogers.com and talk to technical support please quote case number Xxxxxxx we may need to send one of our technicians out to see you thanks for choosing Rogers…

So now I need to call back to re-inform them that the problem is on Rogers Anyplace TV. Unbelievable service. Rogers you must do better. Please.
