Anyplace TV - all content locked

Hi there, on any device , when I go to Anyplace TV , I cannot watch anything.... it says For Rogers Customers Only. Shows a lock symbol.

 
Happens no browser and on phone. This feature used to work and nothing has changed on my account .
 
Any help?

You are correct. I'm a Rogers Cable and Wireless customer, but can't watch live TV on Rogers Anyplace TV either. Seems you have to be a Rogers Internet customer, probably one of the high end packages.

For Live Streaming:

  • Customer must have Rogers High Speed Internet Lite or Higher.
    • May only be used within the customer’s home over Wi-Fi through a Rogers High Speed Internet connection.
    • The customer’s Cable and Internet account must be on the same Rogers.com account (consolidated).
    • Customers must have an iPad 1/2/3 or a Samsung 10.1"/8.9" Galaxy Tab (other unsupported android devices may also work).
    • Channels available for Live Streaming.
