Just switched to the new 4K PVR and all seems OK so far. Seems to switch channels and function a little faster in my opinion. Its nice to be able to pause live TV again! I still have issues with my HDMI cables but I had that with the 4K box as well.
Well my issue wasnt resolved (dont underestand what was fixed in the text that I got from Rogers!)
So i called back and this time got another tech suppo. She was very helpfull and right away she said I see that you dont have 4 K package
I told her that last 3 CSR checked 3 times and they said I do have it.
After she added to my account, its working finally 🙂
Again I just dont get it. Rogers must be getting 90% of their calls since they dont know what they do.
