Hi I bought 2 cameras and every time i try pairing the camera. The system does not recognize them. I connect them to my home router and found accessed the back end portal. I've read on other forums, I need a provider's firmware to make it work?

Do you currently have the Rogers Smart Home Monitoring system? If yes, then you may need to have a tech scheduled to complete the install as the cameras need to be connected to the SHM router.
