I just searched my inbox for Rogers & ALL Rogers emails I get about my bill & account changes come from noreply@rci.rogers.ca
It appears Rogers uses the domain @rci.ROGERS.ca or @rci.ROGERS.com
The Domain you exposed here is @cx.ROGERS.com & clearly appears to be FAKE.
Nice catch on this one! A lot of folks may have already been scammed by this Rogers "Poser".

Thanks for posting your concerns about the email you've recently received. It's definitely a great idea to double check the legitimacy anytime you are unsure.
I don't recognize that particular email address myself but would you be able to post a screen shot of the contents of the email? This way, the rest of the community can be aware of this email should they receive something similar. Just be sure to leave out any personal details for your safety and security and please refrain from clicking on any embedded links inside the email.

Yes it's legit. You can always look at it by just going to the forum. The post is shown in the link below:
You can modify your notifications by clicking on your username at the top right of the screen, going to the My Subscriptions dropdown and selecting which Notifications you wish to receive.
P.S. Whenever anyone encounters an e-mail with a link in it, you can usually ignore the link and simply go to the website using your bookmarks or other methods you used previously. In this way you avoid malicious links.
Here's a non-malicious link for spotting malicious e-mails 😉
