Was this a scam call?

Got a call from someone saying they are from rogers with a promotion deal. Offered 55 a month with s23 and 30gb but wasnt interested then offered 37$ a month with s23 and 60gb. The caller ID didnt show up as rogers though so I hung up

I am glad you did not share any personal or financial info with the caller. When in doubt, it's best to abandon the call. if it's a call from our sales team there would be notes on the account.
