I am receiving calls from the number (833) 482 4255 that identifies itself as Rogers. I haven't answered any of them because it doesn't appear to be a Rogers phone number. Has this happened to anyone else? I live in Ontario

It has happened to a LOT of people, you are not the only one. There are Numerous, and I mean Numerous posts on here, on Instagram, on Facebook, in the newspaper, on X.com (formerly called Twitter), and even discussed amongst friends at school about this problem

I’ve been receiving multiple calls for weeks now from the exact same number, I’m also in Ontario. I have not answered any of them yet and if that number is calling multiple people, I will be blocking them as it is most likely spam.

I received multiple calls yesterday as well as an email detailing that i'd be receiving a call in an attempt to win back my business and i spoke with them it was an amazing offer and before i accepted i messaged rogers through their website to make sure it was legit only to find out it was not!!! phone number is +1 (833) 602-xxx5 and the e-mail was very convincing, i didn't realize the email was spam until i looked into it further so thankfully i messaged rogers directly...

Is that 1-833-542-4255 number a scam, or is it legitimately rogers 

When I called that number from a blocked number, the voicemail said " rogers ambassadors " etc

Is it a scam or is it not?
